3DP Squamish is a small business that serves locals with access to near by repair or replacement technologies for every day items. From full on design work, to simple 3D print jobs. We've made things like the Side Kicks, or helmet visors that don't flap in the wind, bearing keepers for sail trolleys, or even fridge shelves. We also take on simple print requests, so if you have a file you want printed send it in for a quote.

Scanning
3D scanning services utilizing the latest in metrology grade scanning technology. With a portable solution, blue lasers, infrared, and as fine as .02mm resolutions, I can service most of your scanning needs. Welding
What's a shop without a welder? TIG, MIG, ARC, and plasma cutting. Steel, aluminum, wire feed spool gun. This is basically hobby or problem solving level usage, no one here is a certified welder.

Our shop has a micro lather for small projects or parts fabrication, as well as access to a very large industrial lathe for larger projects.

Signs
We're even getting into sign work a bit. This is a magnetic placard for sticking outside near areas where a dog may unexpectedly be exposed to dangers.

Bearing Keepers
These were requested so a man could remove a sail from the track on his mast, but have something to put in the cars to keep the bearings. Full CAD design, in house, with a retaining end cap on the end to capture the car.
